As early as 1989, the directors and senior technical staff of PRP Telecom were providing telephone systems to businesses throughout the UK.
As the drivers of a highly successful telecoms reseller – whose focus was on customer relationships and the development of our individual staff members – we were instrumental in achieving and maintaining ISO:9000 and Investors In People status, as well as the highest technical accreditation’s with top system manufacturers, including Samsung Avaya and Toshiba.
This success led inevitably to the company being bought by a larger telecoms firm in the year 2001. This merger however, brought about a culture change – typical in such cases – which we felt no longer best-served our customers and our loyal staff.
Accordingly, in 2003 PRP Telecom was formed, quite naturally, by directors and key staff in order to return to our core values: Quality Service, Quality Solutions and a determination to develop long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and staff.
Since our inception we have enjoyed immediate success in both financial growth year on year, and customer recognition. We feel and operate as a young, dynamic company – yet we have many years of experience to pass on. That is why some of our biggest customers have now been with us for over 15 years.
